How to Host a “Give Back” fundraiser at Leatherby’s
This fundraiser is as easy as 1, 2, 3 = Eat, Pay, Earn
Step 1: You pick a date (Monday thru Thursday) you would like to host a fundraiser. Make your reservation with the Leatherby’s location of your choice and get ready earn $ for your group.
Step 2: Our staff will provide you with a flyer to distribute to your supporters. Hand out the flyer to as many people as you can and encourage them to eat at Leatherby’s during the time of your “Give Back” fundraiser.
Step 3: When your supporters pay for their bill they will hand the cashier a copy of your flyer (or show them the image on their phone) and 20% of the sales that your participants spend at Leatherby’s will be given back to your organization.

*** Do to increased business during summer months we do not offer fundraisers during the summer. We do schedule fundraisers between the Monday after Labor Day and the last Thursday before Memorial Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Your organization can purchase our ice cream and sauces in bulk and take them to your group event to dish up $$$. Many groups find success by purchasing our ice cream in bulk and then making and selling ice cream cones, root beer floats or ice cream sundaes at their events.
