Hello, welcome, & congratulations on being hired at Leatherby’s! We are extremely excited for you to join our family. The Leatherby family takes great pride in our amazing employees and look forward to having you on board!
To begin your training, it is essential to:
- Read over the Leatherby’s training materials
- Print out and go through the “Dispenser Training Manual”
- Take the time to watch each of the training videos.
- STUDY each of the diagrams
Each video below is a quick tutorial on how we prepare our amazing entrees. Having a basic knowledge before beginning your first day in the store will give you a huge advantage and prepare you to take your exam at the end of your training period. The more time spent studying the material, the easier your first few weeks will be.
The first video you’ll want to watch is the Dispensing Introduction Video and move forward to the individual sundaes below.
